OpenOffice.org
OpenOffice.org is aiming to support UBL through it's general XML integration efforts. It is possible to import UBL instances into OpenOffice.org in order to view or print them by using XSL transformations. In the future, full UBL instance editing and creation capabilities will be provided through OpenOffice.org's XForms support which is currently under development.
